The Blue Pearl Ibiza is looking to hire a **Technical Drafter / Architect with advanced proficiency in Archicad** for architecture, interior design, and construction projects in Ibiza. We seek a technical, precise, and solution-oriented individual with hands-on experience in drawing development, construction documentation, and modeling from **point clouds**. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Advanced proficiency in **Archicad**. * Experience working with **point clouds**. * Ability to produce construction drawings, construction details, and technical documentation. * Experience in architecture, interior design, or residential renovations. * Immediate availability. * Personal vehicle in Ibiza. * Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and attention to detail. * Interest in artificial intelligence tools applied to design and documentation. Experience in high-end residential projects and coordination with on-site teams will be considered an advantage.
