




Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive procurement manager for an engineering industrial company, responsible for the entire procurement cycle and supply chain optimization within an expanding environment. In Sant Boi de Llobregat, we are looking for a person to manage the procurement process in an engineering industrial company serving data center projects on demand. Responsibilities include administering the procurement cycle via ERP—from purchase orders to invoicing—tracking the order portfolio, handling claims, and coordinating with production to prevent disruptions. The role also involves validating purchases, reviewing work-in-progress, monitoring consumption, preparing reports, and defining safety stock levels based on historical analysis. Additionally, it includes evaluating supplier performance to optimize the supply chain. The working environment is an expanding, dynamic, and technologically advanced industrial plant, where this position contributes to production continuity and operational efficiency. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a procurement or purchasing department is required, along with expertise in end-to-end procurement process management using an ERP system. Experience in small- or medium-sized enterprises—providing a holistic view of the process—is considered advantageous. Advanced Excel proficiency is mandatory, including pivot tables and complex formulas. Fluent English is required. Experience with Oracle ERP will be considered a plus.
