We are seeking Junior Systems and Communications Technicians to join a specialized team focused on the operation and support of ICT infrastructures. The selected candidate will perform operational, supervisory, and technical support functions for assigned systems, collaborating in the administration of technological platforms, communications, security, and monitoring, ensuring proper service delivery. **Responsibilities** * Operation and support of technological systems and infrastructures. * Monitoring of platform and service availability and performance. * Management and resolution of technical incidents. * Support in server, network, and security system administration. * Management and tracking of tickets and incidents. * Execution of operational procedures and technical documentation. * Collaboration with administration and operations teams to ensure service continuity. **What do we offer?** * Flexible working hours. * Opportunities for growth and continuous training. * Integration into a strategic project in the aerospace sector. A highly technical and specialized environment * **Requirements:** --------------- **Requirements** * Minimum 6 years of experience. * Knowledge of: * + VMware-based virtualization environments. + Server administration and operation using Microsoft Windows and GNU/Linux operating systems. + Administration of HPE physical equipment. + Management and operation of LAN and WAN networks based on TCP/IP protocols. + Microsoft Active Directory administration. + Administration and operation of monitoring tools (Nagios, Cacti, Nagvis, HPE InfoSight). + Event management and analysis using: Graylog; ELK Stack; FortiAnalyzer. \#LI\-LF1
