The selected candidate will join as Production Manager responsible for the integration and qualification of batteries for use in space platforms. **Your Contribution** You will join a newly established company operating in the highly dynamic space sector, linked to a cutting-edge research center focused on sustainability and the circular economy—already bringing electrification to our roads and working toward a fully sustainable future. You will work on development, integration, and qualification projects for batteries used in satellite platforms. The Production Manager, in collaboration with the project/product director and technical team, will be responsible for manufacturing control processes and battery delivery to customers. To this end, you will coordinate a technical team to maximize results. Industrial Organization Engineering Engineering degree with specialization in Electrical, Electronics, or Power Engineering. **Languages:** Fluency in English, both spoken and written. **Knowledge:** The candidate must demonstrate solid expertise in: * ERP systems * Industrial processes and organization * Industrial production experience **Remarks:** A highly **motivated individual with strong interest in research and innovation** will join a **multidisciplinary team**. The candidate must be capable of organizing work to meet established deadlines and objectives. International experience and over two years of professional work experience will be valued.
