You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating installation works on construction projects, ensuring proper execution, adherence to schedules, and quality standards. Responsibilities\*\* * Supervise and coordinate all phases of on\-site installation works (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, telecommunications, etc.), ensuring correct implementation according to drawings and technical specifications. * Lead and motivate the team of operators and subcontractors responsible for installations. * Monitor the quality of materials and equipment used, as well as work execution, identifying and correcting potential deviations. * Collaborate with the Site Manager on planning, monitoring, and controlling the schedule and budget for installations. * Manage and resolve technical issues or problems arising during installation execution. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations for all personnel involved in installation works. * Monitor the productivity of personnel and resources assigned to installations. * Prepare progress reports and update site management on the status of installations. * Coordinate with other site supervisors and departments to ensure proper integration of installations into the overall project. Qualifications\*\* * Technical education related to installations (electricity, HVAC, plumbing, etc.), Vocational Training, or Industrial Technical Engineering. * Minimum 3\-5 years’ experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role, with specialization in installations on large\-scale construction projects. * In\-depth knowledge of applicable technical regulations and standards for installations. * Ability to interpret installation drawings, schematics, and technical specifications. * Leadership, communication, and team management skills. * Results\-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure. * Familiarity with project management software and office productivity tools. * Valid driver’s license (Class B). * Willingness to work at various construction sites. **Seize the challenge.
