




Position Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance and Engineering Coordinator for the Alvalle factory, responsible for managing maintenance processes, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and developing the team, ensuring plant safety and quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Leads the management of continuous improvement in maintenance. 2. Implements the preventive maintenance schedule with excellence. 3. Develops and leads the maintenance team. We are currently seeking a Maintenance and Engineering Coordinator for our Alvalle factory to: * + Manage processes related to preventive and corrective maintenance of all factory equipment in the most efficient manner possible while complying with the plant’s safety and quality standards. + Lead the management of continuous improvement in plant maintenance following PepsiCo’s methodology (PEMM) Responsibilities: * Implement the preventive maintenance schedule for the Murcia plant with excellent execution, ensuring the quality and safety of all products: * Execute required action plans to meet IPS standards regarding equipment and processes. * Lead the HS\&E agenda according to responsibilities defined in the GEHSMS matrix. * Manage the corrective, preventive, predictive, and improvement-oriented maintenance program on-site: * Defined according to company standards and annual objectives. * Ensuring compliance with and control over the annual maintenance budget per AOP. * Adhering to the established planning schedule. * Ensuring effective implementation of standards according to the company’s occupational risk prevention systems. * Develop PepsiCo’s PEMM continuous improvement program at the Murcia plant: * Improve equipment reliability by analyzing problems and developing corresponding action plans. * Identify opportunities for improvement in maintenance and production lines. * Train the factory team in maintenance-related areas to enhance employees’ technical skills, with a focus on continuous improvement. Track the progress of trained employees. * Develop and lead the maintenance team, optimizing resources and adapting them to varying production needs throughout the year. * Supervise work performed by external contractors on-site. * Support various PepsiCo projects and initiatives (Productivity, CTS Lean). Qualifications: * + Basic knowledge of management (budgets, costs, control…) + Technical Industrial Engineering degree + Basic knowledge of management (budgets, costs, control…) + Proficient user-level office software: Microsoft Office package. + Basic knowledge of Lean manufacturing + Intermediate English (B2\) **Experience:** + Extensive experience in maintenance processes and management + Team management and communication skills. + Strong organizational and analytical skills
