The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building trusted client relationships, and closing strategic agreements in Spain, with particular focus on Southern regions, Catalonia, and Levante. **Some of your key responsibilities will include:** * Defining and executing the sales plan for Microsoft Security and AI Business Process solutions within the assigned territory. * Prospecting new accounts and growing the existing portfolio by identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities. * Leading the full sales cycle: qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closure. * Collaborating closely with pre-sales, technical teams, and Microsoft partners. * Maintaining direct contact with Microsoft Iberia (account managers, specialists, and partner managers). * Recording pipeline, forecasts, and results in CRM (Dynamics 365). * Representing Aliando at industry events, trade fairs, and client meetings. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Minimum 5 years of experience selling Microsoft-based technology solutions and services. * In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Security portfolio: Defender (Endpoint, Identity, Cloud, O365), Sentinel, Entra, Purview, and Intune. * Proven experience selling AI Business Process solutions: Business Applications, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform. * Consistent track record of meeting targets with corporate and enterprise accounts. * Active network of contacts within Microsoft Spain and/or the Microsoft partner ecosystem. * Willingness to travel across Spain. * Fluent professional English (minimum B2/C1), mandatory for interaction with Microsoft Corp and vendors. * Native or fluent Spanish. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Microsoft certifications in sales or technical fundamentals (MB-910, SC-900, AI-900). * Prior experience with Microsoft partners (Solutions Partner, especially in Security and/or Business Applications). * Knowledge of regulatory frameworks in security and data (NIS2, DORA, ENS, GDPR, AI Act). * Experience in regulated sectors: banking, insurance, healthcare, public sector, and industry. * **What We Offer:** * Permanent contract and stable project within a growing company in the Microsoft ecosystem. * 25 working days of vacation, plus December 24 and 31 — also recognized as company holidays — and additionally, the afternoon of your birthday is yours to enjoy! * 100% free medical and dental insurance * Remote work and flexible hours * Professional development and continuous training, including official Microsoft certifications. * Direct access to Microsoft programs and resources (MCAPS, partner enablement). * Access to a flexible compensation plan If this opportunity suits you, don’t hesitate to apply — we’re looking forward to welcoming you! *We additionally value holding a disability certificate.*
