Professional development and project continuity **Description:** ---------------- At INFORTEC CONSULTORES, we are looking to hire a Senior Operational Model Consultant with strategic vision, high autonomy, and leadership capability to participate in the evolution of the operational model within a high-level technological environment. This is a key position focused on defining, improving, and governing IT processes within complex and regulated organizations, where the impact of the work performed will be visible at the organizational level. Job Description The selected candidate will lead initiatives related to the design and evolution of the IT area’s operational model, participating in the definition of governance frameworks, processes, and standards that ensure efficient, secure, and business-aligned operations. They will collaborate with technical and governance teams, fulfilling a consultative and strategic role. Main Responsibilities Design and evolve the IT area’s operational model: processes, roles, responsibilities, KPIs, SLAs, and OLAs Define governance policies, standards, and procedures governing the IT platform’s operations and ensure their adoption Design integrated governance frameworks incorporating ITIL 4, DevSecOps, SRE, and agile methodologies, adapted to regulated environments Support teams in adopting the operational model, acting as a consultative reference Identify opportunities for integrating artificial intelligence into the operational model, such as intelligent automation of ITSM processes or AIOps Develop strategic and operational documentation: reference frameworks, playbooks, adoption guides, and maturity models Collaborate across various departments to ensure coherence between the operational model and technical and security decisions Essential Requirements Experience 8–12 years of consulting experience focused on defining and transforming IT operational models within large-scale organizations Proven experience designing operational models—not merely managing or using them Experience in the banking sector or other regulated sectors such as insurance, telecommunications, or public administration Experience in hybrid and multi\-vendor environments: on\-premise, cloud, distributed infrastructure, and middleware Knowledge ITIL 4 at the level of process design and service governance Understanding of the impact of DevSecOps and SRE on the operational model Knowledge of IT governance frameworks Skills High autonomy and leadership capability Critical thinking and methodological approach Communication skills and ability to build consensus Results orientation and ability to deliver high-impact outputs Valued Certifications ITIL 4 Managing Professional or Strategic Leader COBIT TOGAF What We Offer? 100% remote working mode Stable project within a high-level technological environment Participation in strategic initiatives with organizational impact Collaborative professional environment Professional development and project continuity Access to Infortec Benefits Opportunities for growth within the company If you have experience designing IT operational models and are interested in participating in strategic projects within complex organizations, we would like to meet you. **Requirements:** --------------- * 8–12 years of consulting experience focused on defining and transforming IT operational models within large-scale organizations * Proven experience designing operational models—not merely managing or using them * Experience in the banking sector or other regulated sectors such as insurance, telecommunications, or public administration * Experience in hybrid and multi\-vendor environments: on\-premise, cloud, distributed infrastructure, and middleware
