Therefore, we offer an Internship Program for recent university graduates who wish to join a collaborative learning model aimed at acquiring professional competencies. For this internship, we seek recent graduates in **Industrial or Electrical Engineering or any similar degree**, or those who have yet to complete their Final Year Project (TFG), to join the **New Supplies** department in **Palma de Mallorca** through an internship. **What does the Unit do?** The **New Supplies** team is responsible for handling and responding to all customer requests for connection to existing networks—whether for consumption, generation, or energy injection into the grid—providing both technical and economic assessments for each received request. For those responses accepted by customers, we must process them with the relevant authorities or receive documentation from customers, depending on the chosen solution, to commission and connect them to the grid. **What will you collaborate on?** Within this development process, you will collaborate on: * Analyzing system information via data downloads for activity control within the area. * Reviewing engineering work across departments to identify best practices and implement them. * Establishing project tracking systems for investment and network improvement initiatives. **What education and knowledge will be considered?** * Bachelor’s degree in **Industrial or Electrical Engineering** * English level C1 Additional knowledge/skills: * Data analysis capability, Office suite, advanced Excel, databases. **What do we offer?** Internship at ENDESA, **SWING Program:** * Monthly gross stipend of €900. * Schedule: Hybrid \- 35-hour weekly working week * Workplace in Spain: **Calle Sant Joan de Deu, 1 Palma de Mallorca** Endesa internships last 12 months and consist of two components: Practical On-the-Job Training and Academic Training. Practical On-the-Job Training involves full-time work Monday to Friday, 22 working days of annual leave, and a gross monthly stipend of €900.
