Position Summary: Eosol Group is seeking a Senior Mechanical Installations Site Manager with solid experience in industrial building project management and technical supervision. Key Highlights: 1. DESCRIPTION Eosol Group seeks to incorporate into its team a Senior Mechanical Installations Site Manager with a solid professional track record of 4 to 6 years in project management and execution. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in industrial building projects, with particular emphasis placed on Data Processing Centers (DPCs), although this is not an exclusive requirement. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Comprehensive Construction Management:** Lead and supervise the proper execution of work related to ductwork, piping, and refrigeration systems, including refrigerant handling. * **Technical and Drawing Supervision:** Analyze and supervise development drawings, ensuring alignment with the designed project. Familiarity with the BIM environment—specifically REVIT—for engineering supervision and faithful project execution is highly valued. * **Design and Planning:** Actively collaborate on technical design with the drafting team, managing layout surveys and ensuring the technical feasibility of proposed solutions. * **Cost and Quality Control:** Review work progress jointly with the team, plan execution of subsequent phases (scheduled for June), and conduct thorough project cost tracking. * **Team Coordination:** Lead and coordinate on-site work teams, fostering a collaborative and highly efficient working environment. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure all operations strictly comply with occupational health and safety regulations, as well as the project’s technical specifications. **Essential Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years’ demonstrable experience as a Site Manager or in roles of equivalent responsibility within the field of mechanical installations. * **Training:** Completion of the 60-hour Occupational Risk Prevention Course. * **Technical Knowledge:** Solid expertise in mechanical installations, with particular emphasis on ductwork, piping, and refrigeration systems. * **Software Tools:** Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and hands-on experience using Navisworks for project management and supervision. * **BIM Environment:** Experience and knowledge of BIM environments—especially REVIT—for engineering supervision are considered advantageous. * **Work Methodology:** Full on-site presence required. * **Location:** This position is based in Valencia. **Desired Competencies:** * Leadership and team management capabilities. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Results-oriented mindset and problem-solving ability. * Proactivity and decision-making capability.
