Job Summary: We are seeking an Associate Project Technician to participate in strategic intelligent mobility projects (ITS), performing project planning, management, and monitoring. Direct communication with clients, suppliers, and involved stakeholders. Grupo Alliance Selección is currently looking for an Associate Project Technician to join our client’s team in Madrid and participate in strategic intelligent mobility projects (ITS). Responsibilities: * Planning, management, and monitoring of ITS projects. * Leadership and coordination of work teams. * Direct communication with clients, suppliers, and involved stakeholders. * Use of IT tools for tracking and monitoring project status. * Support in preparing proposals, tenders, and business development activities. Requirements: * Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in installations, maintenance, or project execution. * Advanced level of English; other languages are a plus. Conditions: * Contract type: Permanent. * Working hours: Full-time. * Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 08:00–14:00 and 15:00–17:30; Friday, 08:00–14:00. * Salary range: €35,000–€37,000 per year, depending on experience (negotiable). * Benefits: Eligibility for variable compensation scheme after an initial training period.
