SENIOR BUILDING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Position Summary: Supervise and manage preventive and corrective maintenance in the designated Resort areas, including contractor supervision, project development, and daily operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision of preventive and corrective maintenance in Resort areas. 2. Project development and improvement proposal management functions. 3. Coordination and supervision of teams and regulatory compliance. Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance actions inside and outside the designated Resort areas. Project development functions. * Supervise preventive activities in accordance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations during execution of work and implementation of preventive measures by external contractors providing maintenance services. * Prepare service specifications and definitions for tender requests and subsequently analyze them for awarding potential improvement works. * Prepare follow-up reports on managed processes. Operational functions. * Responsible for tracking and executing Maintenance Notices generated by areas under their responsibility. * Forward to the Building Maintenance Manager those Maintenance Notices that cannot be resolved using assigned resources and require external support. * Monitor compliance with scheduled working hours and shift rosters assigned to external contractor personnel. * Manage operational tasks required for setting up all necessary elements for hosting various events, based on pre-established cost budgets. * Ensure proper execution of work, guaranteeing rational use of resources and appropriate coordination with Company activities. * Collaborate in preparing and administering information databases for the area: authorizations, inspections, certifications, energy consumption, material and equipment inventories, analytics, etc. * Prepare follow-up reports on managed processes. * Manage, coordinate, and supervise the work of their team; ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations and propose improvements in this field. Requirements Education: * Degree in Architecture, Degree in Engineering, or Vocational Training Qualification (CGFS) in Building and Civil Works; vocational training (CFGS or FP II) in Construction Project Development, Electronics, Electricity, or equivalent fields. * Knowledge of computerized Facility Management systems. * Basic Occupational Risk Prevention training. * Computer skills: Office, AutoCAD, Project. * Proficiency in spoken and written English. Experience: Required: * Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position.
