Dynamic work environment DESCRIPTION Eosol Group seeks to hire a Revit MEP Modeler with at least 5 years of proven experience to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for modeling facilities in industrial environments, working directly on-site at a construction site office located near Valencia Capital. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals passionate about BIM technology and with demonstrated experience in industrial projects. **Main Responsibilities:** * Creation and development of 3D MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) facility models using Autodesk Revit. * Close collaboration with engineering and project management teams to ensure proper integration of MEP models. * Interdisciplinary coordination to detect and resolve clashes. * Generation of drawings, quantity take-offs, and technical documentation from BIM models. * Active participation in project meetings and monitoring of modeling progress. * Application of BIM standards and best practices throughout all modeling phases. * Documentation and communication of any issues or deviations identified during the project. * Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the BIM and Revit fields. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 5 years’ verifiable experience as a Revit MEP Modeler. * Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit for MEP facility modeling in industrial projects. * Prior experience in industrial construction projects. * Solid understanding of BIM workflows. * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Residency in Valencia or surrounding areas, with availability to work on-site at the construction site office. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of BIM coordination software (Navisworks, Solibri). * Experience in modeling other disciplines (architecture, structure). * BIM certifications. * Familiarity with technical regulations applicable to industrial facilities.
