We are a global company specializing in **photovoltaic sector technology**, with over two decades of experience developing innovative solutions and contributing to a more sustainable energy model. #### **Job Mission and Responsibilities** **What you will do on a daily basis** * Implement and configure control and communication systems in projects. * Analyze and resolve technical issues arising from projects. * Prepare technical documentation, incident reports, and action procedures. * Manage and respond to technical tickets on the platform, prioritizing them based on their impact on project operations. * Provide remote support to on-site technicians. * Handle other incidents and/or needs that may arise, such as material procurement or technical inquiries, etc. * Visit projects to deliver training on product operation and platform presentations. * Deliver training to customers on platform usage. * Monitor and track the status of invoices (NF) involving the department. * Supervise assembly activities to conduct tests verifying correct system functionality. * Submit documentation and activity reports from projects to headquarters. * Promote company values and actively participate in quality management, occupational risk prevention (PRL), sustainability, and environmental management systems, in accordance with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001\. * Provide support to other functions/projects within the area. * These responsibilities represent the full scope of the role but are not exclusively limited to them. #### **What We Are Looking For** **Education:** * Vocational Training (FP) in Electronics, Electricity, Mechanics / Industrial Engineering / similar studies. * Intermediate-to-advanced level of English; ability to hold conversations is required.
