Moreover, we are a **Top Employer Europe 2026**, and our employees have rated us **3.8/4** on **GLASSDOOR**. **You’ll succeed if…** * You hold a degree in Industrial Engineering, specializing in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Telecommunications Systems, or a related field. * You have at least 5 years’ experience leading railway signalling projects, preferably CBTC. * You possess knowledge of systems, products, and the railway signalling sector. * You have experience negotiating and managing contracts with public administrations. * You have a high level of spoken and written English. * You are available to travel. * You hold a PMP certification. **Responsibilities and Opportunities** * Overall project management and supervision regarding scope, schedule, and budget. * Liaison with the client, consortium, and other stakeholders involved in the project. * Coordination and management of procurement. * Coordination and management of subcontractors and installers. * Knowledge of systems, products, and the sector (signalling). * Coordination and management with functional departments (Engineering, R\+D, RAMS, Quality, etc.). * Contractual management, including claim management. * Management of opportunities and risks. * Management of Quality, Communication, and Lessons Learned. **What will the process be like?** We will begin with a telephone interview to get to know you and explain the role and company.
