We are seeking a **Project Packaging Manager** with experience in managing industrial projects, packaging, and implementing solutions in production environments. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading projects from initial definition through validation and deployment, coordinating multidisciplinary teams spanning engineering, procurement, logistics, production, and suppliers. Strong economic management capabilities, planning, milestone tracking, stakeholder coordination, and communication skills—particularly for presenting and justifying CAPEX and OPEX investments—are required. **Responsibilities:** * Lead project launch in coordination with SCPM, Engineering, and Plant teams. * Analyze the impact of packaging solutions together with Cost Engineering. * Coordinate activities with Inbound CDP teams. * Prepare investment calculations (CAPEX) and associated presentations. * Monitor KPIs, project milestones, and action plans. **Requirements** * Prior experience in industrial project management, packaging, or industrialization. * Knowledge of project economic management, including CAPEX and OPEX. * Experience monitoring KPIs, planning, and controlling milestones. * Advanced English proficiency for working in international environments. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
