Environment focused on safety and environmental protection #### **Work Modality** On-site #### **Department** Production #### **Workplace** Termosol \- Navalvillar de Pela (Badajoz) #### **Requirements** **Qualification: Mandatory:** Vocational Training Level I or II in Electricity, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanics, Industrial Maintenance, Instrumentation and Control, or similar. Engineering degree is desirable. **Required Knowledge:** Corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance in continuous-process industrial plants. Operation of power generation plants. Boiler operator. Knowledge of chemical analysis and control of water-steam cycle parameters. **Computer Skills:** Microsoft Office, maintenance management software (Maximo preferred). Development and application of operation and maintenance procedures. **Experience:** More than three years’ experience in operation and/or maintenance of power generation plants is desirable, preferably CSP plants. Maintenance experience in industrial facilities in any of the following fields: mechanics, electricity, electronics, mechatronics, instrumentation and control. **Other Requirements:** Availability to work rotating shifts. Accustomed to teamwork, methodical and disciplined work in an environment oriented toward safety, environmental protection, and continuous improvement of production processes. **Desirable:** Residence near the facility. #### **Competencies** Communication; Teamwork; Problem Solving and Decision Making; Results Orientation and Planning, Organization, and Continuous Improvement #### **Responsibilities** **General Functions:**  **Perform operation and maintenance** of concentrated solar power (CSP) plants according to existing procedures, documentation, and HSSE requirements.  **Conduct Safety Observations** of ongoing work, identify Unsafe Conditions, propose mitigation improvements, report Accidents/Incidents, and actively collaborate in investigations and implementation of mitigation measures.  **Ensure compliance with environmental conditions**, properly managing generated waste.  **Carry out plant inspection routes** to resolve incidents or manage existing work orders through the GMAO system (Maximo).  **Act as a member of the Emergency Response Team** and serve as an on-site preventive resource as required.  **Actively participate in continuous process improvement**, assuming responsibility for assigned equipment and/or components.  **Participate in training programs** on Safety and Health, Prevention and Environment, Technical Training, and Corporate Training.  **Faithfully comply with policies and procedures of the Integrated Management System**, related to Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Management, and corporate policies. #### **Who Are We?** Solclef is an energy asset operator, currently operating exclusively renewable generation assets.
