Job Summary: We are seeking a Product Technician with a background in Chemical Engineering to design, develop, and define new products, while participating in the innovation strategy and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design, develop, and rigorously define new products. 2. Participate in the innovation strategy and product objectives. 3. Propose and implement continuous improvement actions. An industrial company and sector reference located in Goierri, with a solid international track record in developing technological solutions focused on sustainability and energy efficiency, is looking to hire a Product Technician with a background in Chemical Engineering. **Main responsibilities include:** * Design, develop, and define new products, rigorously complying with associated procedures (quality, technical-economic solution, and deadlines). * Participate in defining the Strategic Innovation Plan and annual product objectives. * Propose, assess, and implement continuous improvement actions. * Coordinate, supervise, and evaluate the team, setting and deploying objectives. * Participate in preparing the area’s management plan and expense budget. **Requirements:** * Degree in Chemical Engineering. * Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role. * Proficiency in 3D / CAD / modeling software tools. * Knowledge and fluency in **Basque and English**.
