**Job Description Summary** =========================== We are seeking a technically skilled Implementation Specialist with clinical background to join our team. This role is key to ensuring the successful implementation and integration of our software solutions within healthcare environments. You will work closely with clinical professionals, IT teams, and internal departments to ensure successful implementations that meet customer requirements and industry regulations. **Job Description** =================== Responsibilities * Design, integrate, implement, and support interfaces between MMS solutions and hospital information systems (HIS/EAIs) such as Enovacom and Mirth, ensuring reliability, traceability, and compliance of data flows (HL7 v2\.x, PN13/SIPhII, REST, XML/JSON). * Collaborate closely with: + Connectivity Managers to gather operational requirements and co\-design interfaces. + Project Managers to define scope, milestones, and risk/dependency management. + Systems Engineers for installation fixes, performance tuning, and hardening. Implementation Specialists to validate interfaces and prepare prior to training/launch. Conduct technical workshops to define interface scope and design, adhering to specifications (HL7 v2\.x, PN13* HL7 RDE^O11, Inventory/Usage/Billing/Orders, REST APIs), business rules, and SLAs. * Design mappings, supervise transcoding, filter/route messages, and normalize identities. * Develop and execute end\-to\-end test plans, qualify messages, manage anomalies, and support go\-live activities. * Provide on\-site support for troubleshooting and during system launches when required. * Maintain clear and up\-to\-date documentation of implemented interfaces. Requirements * Clinical education (nursing, biomedical engineering, health informatics, etc.). * Strong technical background with experience in healthcare IT, including messaging **HL7, REST APIs, Mirth Connect**, or other integration engines, web applications, and system interoperability. * Knowledge of pharmaceutical workflows or clinical experience is highly valued. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills with a logical approach. * Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities. * Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Willingness to travel within Spain and Italy. * A good level of English and Spanish is required.
