Our values—especially commitment, trust, flexibility, passion, and responsibility—guide us. **What are we looking for?** We seek a **Process Quality Engineer** to join our **Industrial Services** team at our operational plant **located in Abrera**. In your daily work, you will be responsible for carrying out necessary activities and developing and/or ensuring compliance with the processes and requirements defined in the Operations Sheets at the site, to guarantee product/material/service quality while meeting customer requirements. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with IATF 16949\. * Identify QMS risks and participate in defining and implementing actions to mitigate them. * Manage internal and external complaints (customers/suppliers), ensuring proper registration, analysis, and follow-up. * Lead action plans arising from non-conformities, complaints, and improvement opportunities, applying quality tools (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, PDCA). * Analyze quality indicators and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to reduce rejections and improve results. * Collaborate in the launch and validation of new projects. * Ensure compliance with legal requirements and QMS policies, promoting standardization, training, and quality culture. * Manage and maintain QMS documentation (FMEA, control plans, instructions, visual aids, etc.). **What qualifications do you need?** * Higher Vocational Training qualification, preferably in Engineering or Sciences. * Minimum two years’ prior experience in a similar role, preferably in industrial and/or logistics service environments. * Knowledge of Quality Management Systems under IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 standards\. * Experience managing complaints, non-conformities, and action plans. * Proficiency in quality tools (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, PDCA). * Analytical, organizational, and teamwork skills. **What would be valued?** * Knowledge of reference standards: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, VDA 6\.3, and Formel Q. * Certification as an internal auditor for any of the above standards. * Knowledge of Core Tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA. * Master’s degree in Integrated Management Systems (Quality, Environment, Occupational Health & Safety, R\+D\+i). * Proactivity, orientation toward continuous improvement, and customer focus. **What do we offer?** * Join a globally present company where you’ll be part of an innovative, dynamic, and purpose-driven team. * Participation in a growing project offering real opportunities for professional growth and development. * A key role in shaping the company’s growth and actively contributing to its success. * A high degree of autonomy within a collaborative, dynamic, and innovative team. * Access to exclusive social benefits as a Sesé employee: private health insurance, discounts at over 400 brands, etc. * Flexible compensation plan tailored to your needs. * Well-being program.
