You will control production processes and their outcomes, ensuring they are competitive, innovative, safe, and aligned with quality standards. This position includes leading corrective and preventive actions, monitoring process performance, and supporting technological innovation and improvement initiatives. **What will your day-to-day look like?** Production Process Control * Continuously analyze processes, historical data, and validate first samples prior to each production launch * Lead corrective and preventive actions to resolve issues or improvement opportunities identified in production * Verify discrepancies and adjustments between system data and real-world conditions, and update them in the ERP * Generate, maintain, and update documentation related to processes and the quality management system (records, control plans, FMEAs, etc.) * Establish acceptance/rejection criteria and ensure compliance Continuous Improvement Actions * Take ownership of preventive, corrective, and continuous improvement actions to minimize or resolve process issues or customer NCs (Non-Conformances) * Participate in root-cause analysis of production problems (both process- and organization-related) and lead Lean, Kaizen, and organizational improvement initiatives Process and Non-Quality Cost Analysis * Participate in new product industrialization led by the Project Management Department, ensuring cost estimates reflect reality (routes, operations, specifications, etc.), and maintain or create required data in the ERP * Prepare reports for KPI analysis and improvement, such as internal scrap and rework **What are we looking for in you?** * Degree in Engineering (Technical or Higher) or equivalent * Minimum 1 year of relevant experience is desirable * English proficiency at least B1 level * Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies * Technical knowledge related to production and quality processes * Skills in management, leadership, interpersonal relations, and conflict resolution *Legal authorization to work in the EU is required.
