The Prefabricated Systems Installation Manager position in Málaga involves comprehensive supervision and coordination of concrete prefabricated façade system installation operations in building construction projects. The incumbent will lead on-site execution, ensuring compliance with technical, quality, and safety standards through meticulous planning and continuous supervision. Main responsibilities include direct organization of installation teams, coordination with the site manager to align project progress, quality control of materials and workmanship, and resolution of technical incidents arising during installation. Strict adherence to occupational safety protocols is also supervised. Another key responsibility is logistics management and technical coordination: coordinating delivery and availability of all required materials and equipment. The role serves as the primary technical liaison with the contractor and other stakeholders, requiring clear communication. National travel may be required depending on individual project needs. A degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or a related field is required. Additional training in construction planning and project management is valued. Solid knowledge of current construction regulations and standards is essential. A minimum of 3 years of on-site experience in roles such as Production Manager or Site Manager, with demonstrated experience coordinating teams at construction sites, is required. Strong communication and negotiation skills are necessary. Technical proficiency includes tools such as Excel and AutoCAD, as well as in-depth knowledge of building materials and construction solutions.
