Do you want to experience a dynamic and growing environment? **Join us!** **Position:** ----------- **What will you do with us?** As a **Power Platform and AI Developer**, you will have the opportunity to work on Digital Transformation and AI Automation projects, responsible for designing and developing Microsoft Power Platform-based solutions integrated with agentic capabilities and Artificial Intelligence functionalities. You will participate in creating automated workflows, low-code applications, and intelligent agents to optimize business processes. You will contribute to the evolution of enterprise solutions built on Power Apps, Power Automate, and integration with AI services, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and adoption of emerging technologies. You will work in a collaborative and structured environment focused on quality and innovation, where your contribution will be recognized through a professional growth path. **Requirements:** --------------- **What are we looking for in you?** **Education:** University degree or technical diploma **Experience:** Minimum 3+ years of software development or Power Platform experience **Core Competencies:** * Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) * Experience integrating APIs and enterprise systems * Knowledge of low-code/no-code solutions in enterprise environments * Familiarity with AI/LLM applied to process automation * Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, C#, Power Fx) * Experience with AI agents or Copilot Studio is a plus * Good command of English language **Additional Profile Attributes** * Strong teamwork skills * Precision and mental flexibility * Strong orientation toward automation and innovation * Proactive problem-solving capability in professional contexts **Additional Information:** --------------------- We offer integration into the team with a classification aligned with your prior professional experience and remuneration commensurate with your actual skills.
