Job Summary: We are seeking a Materials Engineer to manage MTO activities, handle Smart Materials, resolve design-related issues, and supervise material tracking across projects. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for someone like you to join our **\#RumboSacyr** initiative and help us continue improving people's lives. **Job Functions and Responsibilities:** * Organize **MTO** activities, managing your own team to achieve established quality and schedule objectives. * Operate the **Smart Materials** software. * Consolidate and validate quantities obtained. * **Manage** and resolve issues with the **Smart 3D** design interface. * Prepare tender and procurement orders for piping materials. * Evaluate **technical proposals from bidders**. * Prepare **tabulations** of technical **bids**. * Track and review **technical documentation** for piping materials. * Monitor quantities throughout the project lifecycle, identifying and resolving duplicates and out-of-specification items. * Calculate pipe system wall thicknesses per **ASME B31\.3 and B31\.8**. * Perform **vacuum calculations** for piping systems. * Develop **piping materials procurement specifications**. **We seek a candidate with the following qualifications and competencies:** * Bachelor’s degree in **Materials Engineering** or equivalent; Master’s degree is desirable. * **7\-10 years of professional experience** in similar roles. * **English** level B2\. * Familiarity with design and manufacturing standards such as EN1473, ASME, ANSI, API, MSSP, DIN, etc. * Experience in Repsol and/or Cepsa projects is desirable. * Experience in LNG terminal projects is desirable. * Competency profile: proactivity, teamwork, interdisciplinary coordination, adaptability, and customer orientation. **What We Offer:** * Social benefits (health insurance, meal vouchers, childcare vouchers), work-life balance policies, flexible compensation, diversity and recognition programs. * Personal and professional development through continuous training programs, internal and international mobility opportunities, volunteering initiatives, and healthy lifestyle promotion. * The opportunity to be part of a dynamic workplace guided by three core principles: collaborative intelligence, excellence, and comprehensive social responsibility.
