They are seeking a maintenance engineer to work in a hospital environment in Valencia. A degree in Industrial Engineering or Technical Industrial Engineering (or equivalent) and prior experience in maintenance of buildings and hospital or healthcare facilities are required. Solid knowledge of metal carpentry, security for openings, medical gas installations, and general building networks is necessary. Main responsibilities include managing and supervising comprehensive hospital maintenance, with special attention to doors and windows in compliance with safety regulations. Coordination of medical gas systems is also required, as well as management of complex installations such as fuel storage tanks, generator sets, insulation monitors, uninterruptible power supply units, electrical inspections of operating rooms and high-risk areas, and low-voltage installations. In addition, studies and budgets for improvements are prepared.
