Monitoring and support during audits Bachelor’s Degree Holder, Engineer, Architect or Graduate \+ Official Master’s Degree \- Management and Certification of the European Social Fund (Madrid) **Vacancies Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agriculture, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, seeks to hire 1 Bachelor’s Degree Holder, Engineer, Architect or Graduate \+ Official Master’s Degree to provide technical support for the Management and Certification of the European Social Fund in Madrid. **Work Location** -------------------- * Community of Madrid Address: Madrid **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Support to the ESF Managing Authority in monitoring, implementation, and control of ESF/ESF+ programs. * Assistance and advisory services to Intermediate Bodies and Direct Beneficiaries of the ESF/ESF+ Managing Authority. * Monitoring of ESF/ESF+ program implementation carried out by each Intermediate Body or Direct Beneficiary. * Monitoring and support in responding to audit controls conducted by any control body. * Support to the ESF and ESF+ Certification Authority. * Support in reviewing and maintaining procedures, including analysis of requirements and user support for the information system supporting program management. * Drafting of reports **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Applicants must substantiate compliance with the requirements by attaching the following documents, as applicable, in the “Annexes” section of the application (or during the selection process): * Official academic qualification certificate or proof of payment of fees for issuance of the academic degree. * Employment record and/or employment contract enabling verification and validation of the required professional experience. * Internship annexes, where applicable, enabling verification and validation of the required academic experience. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Hold an official Bachelor’s, Engineering, Architecture or Graduate degree \+ Official Master’s Degree (MECES Level 3) (degree recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities) ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Recent professional experience (as of 2024) of at least 12 months in managing European Social Fund programs, necessarily covering both programming periods: ESF 2014–2020 and ESF+ 2021–2027. Experience must be exclusively related to managing the ESF Managing Authority and providing support to Intermediate Bodies or AG Beneficiaries of these programs: monitoring implementation, quantitative and qualitative progress reporting, technical and financial justification, budget reallocations and reprogramming, indicator monitoring, call management, risk management, and information reporting (assessed during the technical interview). * Advanced proficiency in Excel: integrating diverse data sources across multiple worksheets and files, and utilizing data analysis tools (assessed during the technical interview). * Experience supporting ESF/ESF+ program management using the ESF1420 and ESFPLUS management applications of the European Social Fund Administrative Unit (assessed during the technical interview). **Merit Criteria (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Additional Meritorious Factors** * Recent professional experience (as of 2024) specifically in managing European Social Fund ESF/ESF+ Youth Employment Programs. Experience must be exclusively related to managing the ESF Managing Authority and providing support to Intermediate Bodies or AG Beneficiaries of these programs: monitoring implementation, quantitative and qualitative progress reporting, budget reallocations and reprogramming, technical and financial justification, indicator monitoring, call management, risk management, information reporting, description of systems and procedures, among others (assessed during the technical interview). * Recent professional experience (as of 2024) specifically in managing the European Social Fund ESF+ Basic Material Assistance Program. Experience must be exclusively related to managing the ESF Managing Authority and providing support to Intermediate Bodies or AG Beneficiaries of this program: monitoring implementation, quantitative and qualitative progress reporting, technical and financial justification, indicator monitoring, call management, risk management, information reporting, description of systems and procedures, among others (assessed during the technical interview). * Expert-level Excel proficiency, including use of BI tools (assessed during the technical interview). **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 10 months, linked to the execution of the assignment detailed in the publication under the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan or funded by European Union funds. + Full-time working schedule of 37.5 hours per week.
