Experience must be exclusively related to managing the ESF Managing Authority and providing support to Intermediate Bodies or AG Beneficiaries of these programs: monitoring implementation, quantitative and qualitative progress reporting, technical and financial justification, budget reallocations and reprogramming, indicator monitoring, call management, risk management, and information reporting (assessed during the technical interview). * Advanced proficiency in Excel: integrating diverse data sources across multiple worksheets and files, and utilizing data analysis tools (assessed during the technical interview). * Experience supporting ESF/ESF+ program management using the ESF1420 and ESFPLUS management applications of the European Social Fund Administrative Unit (assessed during the technical interview). **Merit Criteria (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Additional Meritorious Factors** * Recent professional experience (as of 2024) specifically in managing European Social Fund ESF/ESF+ Youth Employment Programs.
