Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Engineer for the Industrial Solutions Department, responsible for preparing and monitoring budgets, coordinating teams and suppliers, and maintaining client relationships. We promote equal opportunities and respect for diversity. **POSITION AND DEPARTMENT** * Industrial Solutions Department. * Junior Engineer * No team management responsibilities. **FUNCTIONS, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Preparation and monitoring of budgets and schedules. * Preparation of comparative analyses for equipment procurement and project subcontracting. * Coordination of teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Ensuring compliance with contracts and specifications. * Maintaining client relationships to ensure expectations are met. * Preparation of internal and external reports. **WHAT WE OFFER** * Positive work environment. * Employment type: Permanent contract, with a 6-month probationary period. * Working hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week. * Schedule: Monday to Thursday — flexible start time between 7:30 and 9:00 AM, 8.5 hours of effective work. IKUBICO Park, Ed. Kristal. 28703 San Sebastián de los Reyes, Madrid. **PROFILE REQUIREMENTS** * Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. Knowledge of energy, mechanics, electricity or control systems is desirable. * Skills: Project management. Energy efficiency and savings. Industrial installations.
