Job Summary: We are seeking an industrial maintenance mechanic to perform preventive and corrective maintenance services in production processes, ensuring the proper operation of machinery and equipment. Collaborate in continuous process improvement and increase efficiency We are seeking an industrial maintenance mechanic to perform preventive and corrective maintenance services in production processes. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment in production lines. Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic failures in industrial equipment. Conduct periodic inspections to ensure proper operation of production processes. Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and machinery manuals. Collaborate in continuous process improvement by proposing actions to reduce downtime and increase efficiency. Carry out adjustments, assembly, and disassembly of mechanical components. Record performed interventions in maintenance management systems (CMMS or similar). Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations. Coordinate with other departments (production, quality, engineering) to minimize plant incidents. Participate in commissioning of new equipment or installations. * 2 years’ experience. 2 years’ experience. Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in production environments. Demonstrable experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial machinery. Practical knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics; industrial electricity knowledge is a plus. Experience in diagnosing and resolving failures in production lines. Familiarity with technical tools and measurement equipment. Experience using maintenance management systems (CMMS) is valued. Experience in demanding industrial environments (continuous production, rotating shifts, etc.). Ability to work autonomously and in teams, with a results-oriented and continuous-improvement mindset. * MIDDLE-LEVEL VOCATIONAL TRAINING QUALIFICATION * Catalan (spoken: intermediate, written: basic) * Spanish (spoken: intermediate, written: intermediate) * Competencies / Knowledge: Problem diagnosis and resolution capability: quickly identify failure root causes and apply effective solutions.
