Joining an established company with ongoing projects. #### **About the Role: SITE MANAGER - Healthcare and Hospital Construction** LUZA Group is looking for a Site Manager with experience in healthcare and hospital projects, accustomed to working in operational environments and capable of coordinating technically and organizationally demanding construction works. Main Responsibilities: * Comprehensive planning, coordination, and supervision of construction works in hospitals, health centers, and other healthcare facilities. * Organization and monitoring of on-site teams, internal staff, and subcontracted companies. * Cost control, certifications, measurements, and schedule planning. * Coordination with Technical Management, clients, and public authorities. * Supervision of execution to ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance. * Management of interventions in critical or sensitive areas within operational hospitals and health centers. * Monitoring and implementation of Occupational Health and Safety procedures. * Documentation and administrative management related to public contracts and tenders. Requirements: * Degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or equivalent. * Proven experience in public-sector construction and/or singular buildings. * Experience in operational hospital or healthcare projects is highly desirable. * Ability to manage complex construction works without disrupting healthcare services. * Organized, solution-oriented profile with strong coordination skills. * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally within Andalusia. Preferred Qualifications: * Prior experience in projects linked to the public healthcare sector. * Proficiency in ERP tools and construction management software. * Additional training in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and OHS coordination.
