Inventory and Production Control Manager

Description

This position focuses on the comprehensive organization and supervision of inventory and production control systems within an industrial environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining a unified stock management model to ensure accuracy across all operations. Daily activities involve coordinating with multiple departments to ensure materials are available as planned, while balancing supply and demand to prevent shortages or overstocks. Traceability of each component—from receipt through final use or surplus disposal—is critical; therefore, attention to detail and systematic recording of movements are required. Economic warehouse control is also important, monitoring storage and handling costs to contribute to financial health. Standardization of processes across all national and international sites is sought, creating a homogeneous workflow. Additionally, production surpluses will be managed using clear protocols for reuse or recycling, and periodic audits will be conducted to verify compliance with standards. Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement through data analysis enables long-term efficiency optimization and cost reduction. Solid, practical knowledge of enterprise management tools such as SAP, data analysis tools such as Power BI, and advanced Excel for report generation and modeling is required. Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing is considered a plus. Furthermore, an advanced level of English—both written and spoken—is required for effective communication in a global context, as well as availability for frequent national and international travel.
