At Connect44, we are looking to incorporate into our team a technical professional specialized in site design. **Responsibilities:** * Calculation of metallic structures for mobile telephony infrastructure * Collaboration with technical and engineering teams to ensure the feasibility and optimization of proposed designs. * Supervision and monitoring of proper project execution, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and established deadlines. * Adaptation of designs to specific project requirements, considering local regulations and industry standards. **Requirements:** * Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Architecture * Prior experience is not mandatory; training will be provided by the company. * Advanced proficiency in structural calculation software * Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate across departments to ensure successful project delivery. * Analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and precision in work. **Desired Competencies:** * Prior experience in structural calculation is advantageous, preferably in mobile telephony base stations. * Advanced level of English and German, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages within a professional environment. * Experience in managing and supervising multidisciplinary projects. * Ability to adapt to change and work under pressure. **Location of Incorporation:** * Granada and/or Almería Work Location: On-site employment
