You will receive an indefinite-term contract and a salary commensurate with your responsibilities, along with social benefits. **What will your responsibilities be?** Reporting to the Department Manager, you will be responsible for **designing, optimizing, and improving production and administrative processes**, always aiming to increase efficiency and reduce costs. You will identify opportunities for **continuous improvement** across processes and implement effective changes to ensure organizational success. Additionally, you will be responsible for delivering **innovative and effective solutions** to resolve process-related issues and enhance product or service quality, thereby supporting the company’s growth and competitiveness. Your key responsibilities include: * Designing, analyzing, and improving manufacturing processes, ensuring alignment with productivity, quality, and safety objectives. * Creating and validating the standards required to achieve each process’s objectives, and deploying them on-site. * Resolving and preventing quality issues in workshops, optimizing WIP and inventory levels. * Implementing and designing operational methods that foster continuous improvement across various workstations. * Planning, executing, and managing continuous improvement projects, ensuring adherence to objectives and budget. * Applying and deepening knowledge of the TPS\-Lean Manufacturing system to optimize processes. * Conducting process time measurements and managing projects using appropriate planning tools. * Identifying and overseeing suitable suppliers for manufacturing process requirements. * Participating in innovation projects impacting manufacturing processes—from planning through commissioning of new facilities and machinery. * Designing, obtaining, and analyzing operational KPIs, verifying their alignment with company objectives. * Collaborating with Occupational Health & Safety and Environmental departments to ensure compliance with applicable regulations. * Ensuring adherence to procedures and work instructions related to prevention, quality, environment, and sustainability. * Managing segregation and storage of generated waste according to defined regulatory requirements for your position. **What will make you successful in this role?** * A degree in **Engineering**, preferably Industrial, Mechanical, or Industrial Organization Engineering—or a related field—is required. Additionally, a **strong command of English**, both written and spoken, is mandatory. * Minimum **3 years of experience** as a Process Engineer in a professionalized and flexible company, focused on process improvement—both in daily operations and in implementing new projects. Extensive knowledge of Lean Manufacturing will be highly valued. * Knowledge of **mechanical design** using **3D modeling software** will be strongly preferred.
