**Operations Engineer**
**Job Description:**
At **Fritz\&Muller**, we are collaborating with a **pharmaceutical sector group**, specialized in providing comprehensive solutions and high-value-added services to its operations and logistics centers, and we are seeking an **Operations Engineer**.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide cross-functional support to various logistics centers in monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing operational KPIs (quality, service, delivery times, and efficiency).
* Analyze operational data and design new KPIs to support decision-making.
* Participate in continuous process improvement projects for logistics operations, proposing data-driven optimizations.
* Collaborate on the implementation, evolution, and optimization of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other technological tools.
* Design technology-based solutions applicable to logistics processes and develop functional specifications.
* Manage operational incidents and ensure technical and operational feasibility of projects.
* Coordinate and conduct quality control for project deliveries.
* Support the rollout of new technological developments.
* Deliver internal training on technological tools and new implementations.
**Requirements:**
* **Junior-level** profile.
* Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related engineering disciplines (Industrial Organization, Logistics, Mechanical, Industrial Technologies).
* Minimum **3–6 months’ experience** in logistics environments, preferably in process improvement or optimization.
* Knowledge of logistics data analysis and KPIs.
* Experience or familiarity with analytical tools such as **Advanced Excel**, SQL, R, and/or Python.
* Experience with ERP systems, WMS, and quality regulations is a plus.
* Strong analytical ability, problem-solving orientation, and rapid learning capacity.
* Proactivity, good communication skills, and commitment to continuous improvement.
* **Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle** (mandatory).
* Availability to work the **afternoon shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM\)**.
* 100% on-site work mode.
