At **Tecmelec Electricidad S.L.**, a company specializing in electrical installations, air conditioning, and comprehensive maintenance, we are seeking an **HVAC and Mechanical Engineer** to lead and coordinate **thermal, ventilation, and air conditioning installation projects** in residential, commercial, and industrial environments. We seek a technically skilled professional capable of design, construction management, and team leadership, who will participate in both the **design phase** and the **execution and maintenance phases** of installations. **Main Responsibilities** * **Design, calculation, and sizing** of air conditioning (cooling/heating), ventilation, and heating systems. * Preparation of **technical project documentation**, reports, drawings, and budgets. * **Coordination and supervision** of installation and maintenance work on site. * Selection and control of **equipment and materials**: heat pumps, VRV systems, chillers, air handling units, fan\-coils, etc. * Technical and economic control of assigned construction works. * Support to the **after-sales maintenance department** in diagnostics and energy efficiency improvements. * Ensure compliance with **RITE, CTE, and PRL regulations**. * Coordination with suppliers, technical management, and end clients. **Requirements** * Degree in **Technical or Higher Engineering** (Mechanical, Energy, Industrial, or related field). * Knowledge of **RITE, CTE, and thermal installation regulations**. * Proficiency in technical software: **AutoCAD, CYPECAD MEP, Revit, or similar**. * Valid Class B driver’s license. **Offer** * **Permanent contract** with long-term career prospects. * **Competitive remuneration**, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
