Present in 12 countries, we specialize in investment, design, construction, and management of large-scale projects across sectors such as **Concessions, Energy, Real Estate, and Infrastructure.** **Your responsibilities will include:** * **On-site Inspection and Control:** Conduct daily on-site monitoring to verify that system and infrastructure installations comply with the Quality Plan and approved procedures. * **Supervision of Tests and Trials:** Participate in inspections, factory acceptance tests (FAT), and site acceptance tests (SAT) for critical equipment, recording and validating technical results. * **Non-conformance Management:** Identify deviations or defects during installation execution, register non-conformances, and track corrective actions to closure. * **On-site Environmental Control:** Monitor daily compliance with measures outlined in the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS); control noise, vibrations, dust, and environmental protection in tunnels and stations. * **Waste Management:** Ensure proper segregation, storage, and removal of waste generated during system installation (cabling, RCDs, traction oils, etc.), managing corresponding transfer documentation. * **Quality Documentation and "As\-Built":** Collect, organize, and review quality protocols, material certificates, and final system documentation for handover to Metro de Madrid. * **On-site Awareness:** Deliver initial training sessions and awareness talks (Toolbox talks) on quality and environmental topics to both internal staff and subcontractors. **To join our team, you need:** * **Experience:** Minimum two years’ experience in construction in a Quality or Environmental Technician role, or as a supervisor in such capacity. * **Academic Qualification:** Degree in Civil Engineering, Technical Engineering, or Environmental Sciences. * **Mobility:** Residency in Madrid **What do we offer?** * **A high-impact project:** You will have the opportunity to work on an innovative, large-scale infrastructure project that leaves a lasting legacy. * **Professional development:** We offer a long-term career within a leading, solid, and diversified company, with real opportunities for growth and internal promotion. * **Continuous training:** We provide specialized training to help you continuously develop your knowledge and skills, keeping you at the forefront of the industry.
