At IGM, a pioneering and leading company in the environmental and forestry construction sector with over 29 years of experience, we are seeking Forestry and Gardening Site Supervisors to strengthen our team in Madrid. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:** * Personnel coordination: Supervise and assign tasks to labor crews. * Maintenance of landscaped and forested areas: Carry out plantings, clearing, mowing, pruning, and fire prevention work. * Installation and maintenance of irrigation systems: Ensure proper installation and repair of irrigation systems. * Perform measurements and verify progress of works. * Responsibility for the vehicle used to transport personnel. * Compliance with safety and environmental regulations. * Team training: Motivate and train personnel under your supervision. * Reporting: Communicate progress and requirements to your supervisor. ***We offer:*** * Immediate hiring. * Stable and dynamic employment. * Positive team environment. * Career development plan. * Company vehicle and mobile phone. * Working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 16:00.
