As part of our positioning as a leader in defense, communications, and critical systems, we aim to strengthen our team with an **EW Engineer**, to join a strategic project focused on the **design and development of electro-optical DIRCM systems** (Directional Infrared Counter Measures).
**What will you do?**
* Specify and verify electro-optical system requirements by analyzing customer needs and translating them into technical specifications.
* Design Class 3 and Class 4 laser system hardware, including component selection, circuit design, and thermal analysis.
* Coordinate multidisciplinary teams: software, mechanical, and testing.
* Define interfaces and participate in system architecture definition.
* Prepare technical documentation for design and development.
* Apply PECAL regulations and MIL-STD standards throughout the development process.
* Participate in technical meetings with customers: proposal presentations, requirement discussions, and problem resolution.

✅ Education
* Degree in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Physics, or related field.
* A Master’s degree in Photonics is valued.
✅ Experience
* Minimum 3 years as an Electro-Optical Engineer.
* Experience in designing and testing Class 3 and Class 4 laser systems\.
* Electronic design and development.
* System requirement specification and verification.
* Team coordination.
* Experience in electro-optical DIRCM or other EO systems is valued.
✅ Additional Requirements
* Advanced English proficiency (ability to conduct technical meetings and produce technical documentation).
