Location: Madrid, MD, ES Professional Profile: Planning, Product and Processes Required Experience: More than 2 years of experience Work Mode: Hybrid **At Indra Group, we protect what matters most.** We lead the development of cutting-edge technological solutions that strengthen national and international security. **Join our European projects team!** As part of our positioning as a leading company in the defense sector, we aim to strengthen our team with an Engineering Services Outsourcing Manager for strategic defense projects. **What will you do?** * Define and implement the engineering services outsourcing strategy aligned with business objectives. * Identify, analyze and classify *core* and *non\-core* activities, proposing efficient subcontracting solutions. * Design, structure and maintain an up-to-date catalog of outsourced engineering services. * Manage the full supplier lifecycle: identification, evaluation, qualification and performance monitoring. * Negotiate and administer framework agreements with supplier companies, ensuring competitive conditions and contractual compliance. * Coordinate service delivery in matrix environments, guaranteeing proper communication between technical areas and suppliers. * Supervise quality, costs and timelines of outsourced services, proposing continuous improvements. * Collaborate with engineering teams (civil, mechanical, electronic, etc.) to ensure accurate definition of technical requirements. * Provide administrative support and order tracking using tools such as SAP or other procurement systems. **What are we looking for?** Don’t worry if you don’t meet 100% of the criteria—we encourage you to apply, learn about our offer, and tell us what you can bring to the team! : ✅ University degree in Engineering (Industrial, Telecommunications, Civil or similar).
