JOB DESCRIPTION Eosol Group is seeking a **Cost Manager** with 5 years of experience to join our team in Madrid. You will be responsible for cost management in industrial construction projects, specifically an office complex. We are looking for a proactive professional with strong analytical skills and attention to detail, capable of identifying and managing budget variances, as well as contributing to efficient project planning. ‍ **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and control project costs from the planning phase through to completion. * Develop and maintain an up-to-date project budget, ensuring strict adherence. * Identify, analyze, and manage budget variances, proposing effective corrective actions. * Collaborate closely with engineering, construction, and procurement teams to ensure resource optimization. * Actively participate in project financial and resource planning. * Prepare detailed cost status reports, including forecasts and risk analysis. * Evaluate and propose cost-reduction strategies without compromising quality or deadlines. * Ensure compliance with company internal policies and regulations regarding cost management. * Maintain open and transparent communication with all project stakeholders. * Review and approve payment requests and work certifications related to costs. **Essential Requirements:** * University degree in Engineering, Architecture, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. * Proven experience of at least 5 years as a Cost Manager, Site Manager with cost responsibilities, or similar role in the industrial construction sector. * In-depth knowledge of cost management and budgeting methodologies. * Experience in managing variances and implementing control measures. * Demonstrated ability in project financial planning and monitoring. * Proficiency in project management software and spreadsheet tools (e.g., MS Project, Advanced Excel). * Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with excellent communication skills. * Results-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving capabilities. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Master’s degree or postgraduate qualification in Cost Management, Project Management, or a related field. * Familiarity with the office complex construction sector. * Experience in tenders and contracting. * Intermediate or advanced level of English. * Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) applied to cost management.
