We are looking for a Cook for collective catering to join one of our centers — a religious community of nuns. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting meals for large groups, ensuring food quality and safety at all times. **Responsibilities:** * Develop culinary preparations, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical specifications, and implement good practices. * Prepare standard and adapted menus and diets. * Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow. * Supervise ingredient and material inventory, placing orders as needed. * Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations — HACCP recordkeeping. * Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and monitor the use of machinery, materials, and equipment. * Train new team members on cooking practices and company procedures. **We Offer:** * Weekly working hours: 22.5 h * Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays, 8:30–15:30 and/or 18:30–21:30 * Salary according to the Collective Catering Agreement. * Duration: Long-term sick leave replacement. * Temporary contract. * Opportunity to work in a collaborative and dynamic team. * Join a leading company that values and rewards the effort and dedication of its employees: continuous training plan, social benefits, professional development.
