Job Summary: We are seeking a HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION ACCOUNTANT to manage the accounting and statutory books of homeowners' associations, perform annual closings, prepare income and expense statements, and file tax returns. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the accounting for homeowners' associations. 2. Prepare annual closings and income and expense statements. 3. File quarterly and annual tax returns. Location: **Barcelona and metropolitan area.** **Responsibilities** Responsibilities and portfolio scope may vary significantly across different clients: * Manage the accounting and statutory books for homeowners' associations. * Provide accounting, billing, and related administrative support to other departments. * Perform annual closings. * Process supplier payments and collections. * Prepare income and expense statements. * Record accounting entries. * Perform settlements. * File quarterly and annual tax returns. * Conduct audits. * Manage inventory of assets and liabilities. REQUIREMENTS **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Economics. * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE). * Higher Vocational Training Degree in Administration and Finance. * Specialized training in accounting.
