Your work will involve assisting clients in optimising their HR function to align with business objectives and enhance HR service quality. Currently, we are seeking to hire an **Associate** for our **People & Organisation** team, with **1 to 2 years of professional experience**, to join our office in Barcelona. **What will you do?** As part of our team, you will collaborate on projects aimed at helping our clients address their key challenges related to people, organisation, and business transformation.
