We are looking for **a Collective Catering Cook** to join one of our residences in **Palma (Bonanova Residence).** The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting meals for large groups, ensuring food quality and safety at all times. **We offer:** * **Working hours: 40 hours per week.** * Schedule: Monday to Sunday, with weekly rest days and morning and afternoon shifts. * Duration: Replacement for a long-term sick leave (IT). * **Salary: approx. 1\.497 euros gross per month, paid in 14 annual installments.** * Opportunity to work within a collaborative and dynamic team. * Join a leading company that values and rewards the effort and dedication of its employees: continuous training plan, social benefits, professional development. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare dishes, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical specifications, and implement good practices. * Develop menus and adapted diets. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow. * Supervise ingredient and material inventory, placing orders as needed. * Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations – APPCC recordkeeping. * Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and monitor the use of machinery, materials, and utensils. Train new team members on kitchen practices and company procedures. * **We want your experience to be agile, clear, and human-centered. To achieve this, some stages of the selection process may involve Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools, with human review and final decision-making.** **You may even receive a WhatsApp message containing a link to conduct your virtual interview quickly and easily with DANI, our AI-generated virtual assistant, during the selection process.** * Preferred education in Hospitality: Higher Technician in Restaurant Services, Technician in Cooking, or equivalent. * Demonstrable experience in the hospitality, collective catering, food service, or related sectors. * 1–3 years of experience in similar roles is valued. * Problem-solving individual with strong communication skills. * Team player. * Flexible availability.
