We are looking for **a Communal Catering Cook** to join one of our residences in **Montmeló.** The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting meals for large groups, ensuring food quality and safety at all times. **We offer:** * **Working hours: 40 hrs per week.** * Schedule: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on long weeks (Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday), and short weeks (Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday). * Duration: Vacation cover (minimum 2 months). * **Salary: approx. €1,615 gross per month, paid in 14 installments annually.** * Opportunity to work within a collaborative and dynamic team. * Join a leading company that values and rewards the effort and dedication of its employees: continuous training plan, social benefits, professional development. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare dishes, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical specifications, and implement good practices. * Develop menus and adapted diets; collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow. * Monitor inventory of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as needed. * Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations – HACCP recordkeeping. * Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and monitor the use of machinery, materials, and equipment. Train new team members on kitchen practices and company procedures. * **We want your experience to be agile, clear, and human-centered.
