The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting meals for large groups, ensuring food quality and safety at all times. We offer: * Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. * Schedule: Monday to Sunday, with two rest days according to the roster. * Rotating morning and/or afternoon shifts. * Salary according to the collective catering agreement. * Duration: Temporary replacement. * Temporary contract. Job Responsibilities * Prepare dishes, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical specifications, and implement good practices. * Develop menus and adapted diets. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow. * Supervise inventory of ingredients and materials, placing orders as needed. * Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations – APPCC recordkeeping. * Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and monitor the use of machinery, materials, and equipment. * Train new team members on cooking practices and company procedures. Requirements * Preferred qualification in Hospitality: Higher Technician in Restaurant Services, Technician in Cooking, or equivalent. * Proven experience in the hospitality, collective catering, restaurant, or related sectors. * Preference for 1–3 years of experience in similar roles. * Problem-solving individual with strong communication skills. * Team-oriented. * Flexible availability.
