The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting meals for large groups, ensuring food quality and safety at all times. We offer: 22-hour weekly schedule. Working hours: according to shift roster, with corresponding rest periods. Salary according to the collective catering agreement. Duration: temporary replacement for sick leave (IT). Job Responsibilities Prepare dishes, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical specifications, and implement good practices. Develop menus and adapted diets. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow. Supervise ingredient and material inventory, placing orders as necessary. Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations – HACCP recordkeeping. Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and monitor the use of machinery, materials, and utensils. Train new team members on cooking practices and company procedures. Requirements Preferred education in Hospitality: Higher Technician in Restaurant Management, Technician in Culinary Arts, or equivalent. Proven experience in the hospitality, collective catering, food service, or related sectors. Preference given to candidates with 1–2 years of experience in similar roles. Problem-solving individual with strong communication skills. Team player. Flexible availability regarding working hours.
