We are a company specialized in **healthcare communication**. We work with science, healthcare professionals, and patients—but also with storytelling, emotion, and high-impact audiovisual formats. Audiovisual content is a strategic pillar within the agency. Responsibilities * End-to-end management of audiovisual projects: pre-production, filming, and post-production * Budget preparation, monitoring, and optimization * Coordination of technical, creative, and external vendor teams * Liaison with internal teams: account management, creative, and audiovisual departments * Proposal of audiovisual formats aligned with project needs * On-set supervision and post-production follow-up * Ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and project feasibility Project Types * Filming: interviews, testimonials, and conversational formats * Motion graphics for scientific communication, clinical studies, and product launches * Audiovisual projects leveraging **Artificial Intelligence tools** * Advertising spots and conceptual pieces * Educational videos grounded in scientific rigor * Audiovisual content for events: opening videos, high-impact pieces, and supporting audiovisual resources Requirements * Residence in **Barcelona** (mandatory) * Prior experience in production companies, advertising agencies, or communications firms * Practical and solid knowledge of audiovisual production processes * Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously * Ability to prepare and manage budgets * Familiarity with the agency environment (account management, creative, production) * Interest in and familiarity with emerging tools—especially AI applied to audiovisual production Desired Profile * Passion for audiovisual media * Creative judgment and ability to contribute ideas * Problem-solving orientation and solution-driven mindset * Proactivity, autonomy, and accountability * Adaptability without compromising quality or impact Portfolio or examples of projects—with clearly stated role—are highly valued.
