**Job Description**
QuantumForge Protocols is seeking a Blockchain Network Optimization Engineer to enhance the performance and stability of its distributed systems. The selected candidate will be responsible for analyzing node behavior, evaluating the efficiency of consensus mechanisms, and proposing improvements that increase the operational capacity of the infrastructure.
Key responsibilities include reviewing latency metrics, identifying bottlenecks in transaction execution, assessing cryptographic algorithms, and collaborating with development teams to implement adjustments that ensure greater scalability. The role also requires preparing detailed technical reports and participating in internal validation processes.
We are looking for someone with experience in decentralized architectures, deep understanding of cryptographic structures, and the ability to interpret complex patterns within distributed networks. Analytical precision, clear communication, and a continuous improvement mindset are highly valued.
Salary: €3,100.00–€3,800.00 per month
