The primary mission of this role is to capture, structure, and formalize the organization’s critical expert knowledge, transforming it into documented assets and knowledge models that feed advanced AI architectures and expert systems. This role will be pivotal in a multi-year transformation program aimed at preserving and scaling critical knowledge currently concentrated among the organization’s high-value experts. Job Mission: Design and execute processes for extracting, structuring, and governing the organization’s expert knowledge, collaborating with business and technical experts to convert tacit knowledge and fragmented documentation into a structured, governed, and AI-ready knowledge base. Key Responsibilities: * Expert knowledge capture and extraction * Design and conduct structured interviews with internal experts. * Identify critical tacit knowledge and formalize it into reusable documentation artifacts. * Lead knowledge elicitation sessions with domain experts in complex fields. * Knowledge modeling and structuring Translate expert knowledge into: * Documented processes. * Decision trees. * Operational workflows. * Functional taxonomies / ontologies. * Conceptual knowledge models. * Structured information for subsequent exploitation by AI / RAG / multi-agent systems. * Document governance and information quality * Evaluate quality of existing documentation repositories. * Define curation, versioning, and documentation maintenance criteria. * Design documentation lifecycle processes. * Process design and best practices * Define workflows for knowledge generation, validation, and maintenance. * Design offboarding processes focused on expert knowledge retention. * Implement structured documentation and knowledge management methodologies. * Cross-functional collaboration * Coordinate with architecture, AI, data, and business teams. * Work alongside technical profiles to translate functional requirements into AI-structured specifications. **What we expect from you** --------------------------- Knowledge / Key Competencies: * Process modeling (BPMN, SIPOC or similar). * Knowledge elicitation techniques / structured interviews. * Advanced functional documentation. * Taxonomy / information classification design. * Document governance / information management. * Ability to structure ambiguous / undocumented knowledge. Highly desirable: * Experience in AI-assisted knowledge management projects. * Familiarity with RAG architectures / expert systems / knowledge bases. * Familiarity with ontologies / knowledge graphs / metadata management. * Experience with AI/copilot tools applied to documentation. * Experience in digital transformation of internal processes. Soft Skills: * Exceptionally strong analytical and structuring ability. * Excellent interpersonal communication. * Ability to interview and challenge senior experts. * Systems thinking / conceptual thinking. * Extreme documentary rigor. * Autonomy and orientation toward building from scratch. * Comfort working in ambiguous environments and early-stage definition phases. What we especially seek: A person who: * Can “bring order to chaos”. * Can convert informal knowledge into reusable structures. * Understands how experts think and how to externalize that knowledge. * Has judgment to distinguish critical information from documentary noise. * Can design documentation processes sustainable over time. * Can act as a bridge between business, technical experts, and AI teams.
