Opportunity for growth into more technical roles At Kill Draper, we seek a junior candidate interested in programming, automation, and artificial intelligence tools to help us optimize internal and client-facing processes. You will work on creating automated workflows using tools such as Make.com, API integrations, and AI models like ChatGPT or Claude to build scalable solutions in marketing, operations, and content. You will join an efficiency-oriented team where automation and AI are central to daily operations. **Responsibilities** * Design and implement process automations * Build workflows in no-code/low-code tools (especially Make) * Integrate APIs and digital services * Develop simple scripts in Python or JavaScript * Automate marketing, reporting, and content management tasks * Apply AI for content generation and workflow optimization * Document implemented processes and improvements **Requirements** * 0–2 years of experience in programming or automation * Basic understanding of programming logic * Clear interest in automation, AI, and no-code tools * Familiarity with APIs * Ability to learn quickly and work autonomously **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with Make.com, Zapier, or similar platforms * Practical use of ChatGPT or Claude in real projects * Knowledge of Python or JavaScript * Interest in digital marketing and sales automation **What We Offer** * Immediate involvement in real projects from day one * A creative environment within an advertising and marketing agency * Hands-on experience with advanced AI tools * Opportunities for growth into more technical or product-oriented roles Salary: €1,300.00–€1,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site
